Boilers ranging in size from 25,000 to 350,000 pph The With our engineering and design deparment we design and manufacture our own Wood Burning Boilers. We have two registered Professional Engineers on staff from the U.S., one registered Professional Engineer from South Africa and one Engineer in Training. Working with our four engineers are our two draftsmen who create the drawings used for manufacturing of our Wood Burning Boiler Systems. We have been designing and manufacturing Wood Burning Boiler Systems for over 50 years and with our experience we know what works. Not only that but we stand behind our products and with our company being in business for so long, you know we are not going anywhere.

Boiler Retrofits We can modernize your old outdated Wood Burning Boiler Systems which saves you tremendous amounts of money in fuel costs. Our boiler retrofits take your outdated cell fired boilers and convert them to inclined grate boilers. With this inclined grate system, the customer can expect a 10% to15% increase in steam production and also increase the boiler efficiency from 55% to 64%. We have done many of these projects and have recieved rave reviews from our customers. In many instances we have saved the customer several years before they would have to purchase a new boiler, therefore drastically saving the customer important capital for additional items in their plant expansions.
